We are recruiting Big Law “burnouts” who have received quality ECVC training and are looking to apply their experience at a firm that offers a steeper path to equity partnership and better work life balance.
Our client is a small but fast-growing corporate law firm offering a fully remote position; the ECVC work is equivalent to BigLaw deals. Join a team of smart, fun, entrepreneurial, creative attorneys who want to build a brand together.
Must have either corporate M&A or ECVC experience from AmLaw100 firms or top boutique specializing in M&A/ECVC.
Compensation is approximately 70% to 80% of Big Law pay for approximately 500 less billable hours per year. That’s THREE MONTHS of your life back.
