Work alongside other proactive, accomplished IP professionals who value innovation and collaboration
The firm is seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic attorneys to join its Litigation Practice Group. Ideal candidates should have 2-4 years of litigation experience in federal courts, the PTAB, and/or the U.S. International Trade Commission. Patent litigation experience is highly preferred and a technical background in electrical, computer or mechanical engineering is a plus. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are required. Experience in drafting pleadings, discovery and taking/defending depositions is preferred.
The position will be involved in all facets of patent law including litigation, consulting, counseling and analysis. Qualified candidates must possess a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and be licensed to practice in a state bar (preferably Virginia, but other bars are acceptable).
