A newly created role to join a boutique litigation firm near the Tech Center! The firm specializes in the defense of governmental entities in Colorado. Cases range from civil rights, construction defect, employment and land use among other fascinating issues. Great people with a stable environment (over 6 people have been with the firm for 30 years!).
THE POSITION
The firm is seeking a Litigation Associate, to join their busy Special Districts practice team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build a long-term, stable career in civil litigation; the managing partners are experienced and supportive mentors who offer rewarding, growth-oriented career paths. YOUR CREDENTIALS
You will be considered if you have…
•1+ year of litigation experience (Special Districts, construction defect or employment is preferred)
• Familiarity with the CO laws of civil procedure
• Judicial clerkship preferred
COMPENSATION
$95,000 - $115,000/year DOE
