Litigation Associate
San Diego, CA

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in professional & products liability, employment, real estate, and/or insurance defense. REQUIREMENTS:
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia
- 3-6+ years of Personal Injury defense litigation experience
- Transportation and logistics, trucking, and related regulatory experience preferred but not required
- Deposition and trial preparation experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Legal project management experience is helpful
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:
- Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
- Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
- Provide exceptional and consistent client care
