Job Description

Our client is a well-respected Am Law 200 defense firm with offices all over the country and one in UK. They are seeking a Product Liability attorney with 4+ years of litigation and law firm experience. This position includes developing core defense for different product lines and interaction with client’s in-house legal and engineering staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the state of New York
4+ years of product liability defense litigation experience required
Superior analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Legal project management experience

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Take a leading role on a dynamic and growing litigation team
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
Communicate with clients and provide status reports

Salary starting around $130,000 DOE.
