Job Description

Our client is seeking a transactional associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Public Pensions & Investments Practices.  Candidates should have corporate/transactional experience, and while experience with real estate transactions is a plus, it is not required.  This opportunity offers a hybrid work environment, a collegial team, significant early responsibility and opportunity for career development and advancement. Prior law firm experience and excellent academic credentials are required.  This opportunity is available in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Seattle, Austin, or Washington, DC. 

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-5 years of corporate/transactional experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Prior law firm experience
  • California Bar required
COMPENSATION
  • Anticipated annual base salary range of $180k-$220k DOE
