TOXIC TORT TRIAL ATTORNEY
San Francisco, CA

OUR CLIENT:

Our client is an Am Law ranked full-service law firm with offices all over the US. Their growth has been exponential over the last few years – even through COVID. They are seeking a Toxic Torts Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join their team in San Francisco, though candidates do NOT need to reside in the Bay Area. Candidates need to be able to commute to the Bay Area (or other firm offices in Los Angeles and San Diego) as needed for pre-trial and trial-related events.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the state of California
  • 5+ years of toxic tort litigation experience
  • Toxic tort, product liability, and/or catastrophic injury experience preferred (defense of talc matters, asbestos cases, benzine mold, industrial chemicals, etc.)
  • 1st or 2nd chair trial experience required

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take a leading role on a dynamic and growing litigation team
  • Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
  • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports

COMPENSATION
Up to $200,000 DOE.-
